Peak Velocity was created by Doctors of Physical Therapy who saw the same problem over and over again: people walking into overcrowded gyms, surrounded by wall to wall machines, feeling restricted, overwhelmed and often getting hurt. Traditional gyms weren't designed to teach people how to move, they were designed to fit in as much equipment and as many people as possible. We built peak Velocity to be different. Every membership comes with a program carefully designed by us to help you move freely, build strength with purpose and progress with confidence. Whether you are stepping into the gym for the first time or training to perform at a higher level, we are built for you.
We believe that fitness should be accessible, not intimidating. That's why our space is designed to support movement, not restrict it and why our coaching is rooted in education, not guesswork. At Peak Velocity you're not just working out, you're learning how to use your body, improve overtime, and becoming part of a community built to support you every step of the way.
Our facility was intentionally designed to help individuals move better, build strength, and improve performance in a functional and sustainable way. With our background as Doctors of Physical Therapy, we carefully selected equipment that supports proper movement mechanics, strength development, injury prevention, and overall wellness. Our space features 3 double-sided squat racks, hex bars, sandbags, medicine balls, plyo boxes, dumbbells, kettlebells, turf and sleds, TRX bands, a multi-use cable machine, leg press, and a wide variety of cardio equipment including rowers, Airdyne bikes, treadmills (including a Trueform treadmill), stair steppers, and ellipticals. We’ve also invested in trusted, high-quality equipment brands such as Rogue, REP, and Titan to provide the best training experience possible.

I am a mom of two boys, balancing family and my career. I know firsthand how powerful it is to reclaim time, strength, and identity through fitness.
I am an athlete, and I love pushing myself with kettlebells, hypertrophy, and canoe paddling, and l bring that same energy into my coaching.
I'm dedicated to helping people build strength, confidence, and lasting results. With a background in functional training, pre/post injury, and mobility/ stability training I believe fitness should empower people to move better in and out of the gym. I bring energy, expertise, and supportive coaching style to every session.
